Online orders are 100% refundable for 30 days from the original purchase date. All returned items must be in original new condition, tags attached, unwashed, and unworn. Shoes must be returned unscuffed, free of damage, and in the original packaging. Returned items must include a return form or original receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, customized, final sale, and clearance items may not be returned.

Exchange items are restocked and shipped at no additional cost. If an item is not available at the time of exchange, a 100% refund will be issued via the original form of payment.
